Overview

The Philosophy minor requires only 18 hours and can easily be combined with any major or minor. It is a popular option for students who normally take a few philosophy courses as part of their study in areas such as: pre-law, neuroscience (minor), or criminology. 

 

EIU also offers minors in both Philosophy and Religious Studies. A major in Philosophy with Integrative Studies focus allows you to expand your interest in philosophy in a more focused and rigorous manner.
