Overview

Students majoring in Geography will earn a B.S. in Environmental/Physical Geography or a B.S. in Human Geography. Both options expose students to a broad curriculum that includes courses in both environmental/physical and human geography as well as courses in geographic techniques such as geographic information systems, remote sensing, and field-based courses. Both options are flexible and allow students freedom to follow their own interests, and at 49 credit hours allow students the opportunity to pursue minors or double-majors.  Additionally, our department houses state of the art equipment such as a fleet of drones, 3 D printer/digitizer, research grade stream table and an updated computer lab.
