Overview

The Option in Secondary Mathematics Education offers a 32-hour online curriculum that strengthens the professional preparation of secondary ed teachers, creates reflective practitioners, and provides mathematics content to enable teaching dual credit courses. Special courses required by the option allow students to share their experiences and to revitalize their teaching methods. The degree can be completed in 2.5 years. The opton does not lead to teacher licensure.
