Video Recording and Live Streaming Request

If you wish to have your event, recital, concert, production, etc. recorded or live streamed this form must be filled out separately from the Doudna Fine Arts Center Use Form.

Please note that the decision to record or live stream will be at the sole discretion of the Doudna Office and will be made on a case by case basis.

Please submit this request at least 2 weeks in advance of the event. Requests submitted less than 2 weeks in advance will likely be denied.
